Delight yourself with the elixir that fuses Andalusian history with the passion of the Caribbean.

GUARAPO FORTIFIED AND AGED IN BARREL BY OXIDATIVE AGEING

Sometimes, history gives us unexpected treasures, fusing cultures and distilling a unique essence over time. LOV FERMENTS embarks on an exciting journey to honor this fusion, presenting an elixir that unites the richness of Arab history with the unbridled passion of the Caribbean. Our fortified, barrel-aged Sugar Cane Wine revives centuries of cultural exchange in a limited edition that pays tribute to the roots of Andalusia and the evolution towards the Caribbean.

THE FUSION OF TWO WORLDS

This Sugar Cane Wine is an example of human ingenuity and global interconnection. The Arabs brought sugar cane from New Guinea, first cultivating it in warm regions of Spain before establishing their legacy in the Caribbean. This limited edition celebrates Andalusian fortified wines by meticulously following the Oloroso wine process, but replacing the grape with sugar cane fermentation.

TASTING AND CONSUMPTION NOTES

The Oloroso guarapo has a translucent caramel color and its aroma is characterized by peaceful and woody notes. Its flavor evokes that of an Andalusian avocado, with nuances of oxidative aging and the distinctive flavor of raisin grapes.

We recommend consuming it between 10ºC and 15ºC and serving it in a dessert glass or tasting glass. It is ideal for an aperitif or as a welcome drink.
